Google Workspace API Data and Limited Use

eziLINQ accesses Google Workspace data only after you connect your Google account and grant the requested OAuth permissions. Depending on the features you choose, this may include account identity, Gmail messages and metadata, contacts, calendar events, or files and associated metadata. We use this data only to provide the user-facing integration and automation features you request.

The use of information received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell Google user data or use, transfer, or retain raw, aggregated, anonymized, or derived Google Workspace data to create, train, or improve any foundational or generalized AI or ML model.

We transfer Google Workspace data only when necessary to provide a feature you have requested and consented to, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or as otherwise permitted by Google's Limited Use requirements. Human access is prohibited except with your explicit consent for support, where necessary for security or legal compliance, or for appropriately aggregated and anonymized internal operations.

You can disconnect a Google integration to stop future access. You may also contact us to request deletion of Google-derived data and stored OAuth credentials, subject to limited legal, security, and backup-retention obligations.

Artificial Intelligence Services

eziLINQ integrates with the OpenAI API Platform to provide specific user-facing AI features. When you intentionally use an AI feature involving Google Workspace data, we may send only the content reasonably necessary to perform that request to OpenAI as our service provider. We do not use consumer ChatGPT accounts for this processing.

OpenAI states that data submitted through its API Platform is not used to train or improve its models by default. eziLINQ does not opt Google Workspace data into provider data-sharing, feedback, model-improvement, fine-tuning, evaluation, or training programs. Google Workspace data and outputs derived from it are not used to train or improve OpenAI models, eziLINQ generalized models, or any other third-party AI or ML model.

AI processing is limited to delivering the feature requested by the user. We do not transfer Google Workspace data to an AI provider for advertising, data brokerage, unrelated analytics, or secondary purposes. eziLINQ currently does not use a self-hosted or offline AI model to process Google Workspace data.

Data Protection & Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal and sensitive data, including Google Workspace data:

  • Encryption - data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections, and stored OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, integration credentials, and other protected integration settings are encrypted at rest
  • Access controls - authentication, authorization, tenant separation, and least-privilege controls restrict data access to authorized accounts, services, and personnel
  • Data minimization - we request and process only the permissions and data reasonably necessary for enabled, user-facing features
  • Operational protection - credentials are kept out of client-side code and are protected through secure configuration, logging controls, monitoring, backups, and vulnerability-management practices
  • Retention and deletion - data is retained only as needed for the requested service, security, legal, and legitimate operational requirements; account-deletion and integration-disconnection processes remove or revoke associated data and credentials as applicable
  • Incident response - suspected unauthorized access is investigated, contained, remediated, and reported to affected users, regulators, or Google where required

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We regularly review safeguards and update them in light of risk, technology, and legal requirements.

We use standard log files collecting data such as IP addresses, browser type, ISP, date/time stamps, and referring/exit pages. This data is for analytics and site management purposes and is not personally identifiable.
